I don’t get excited over too much that is memorabilia related nowadays. I have been to hundreds of big card shows and worked with many auction houses, so it’s kind of hard to get thrilled about a Babe Ruth single-signed baseball or even a HOF game-used jersey. Offered is a 1960s Rams promo nodder. Now, if you have never seen one of these little guys up close, it will be hard for you to appreciate how cool they are. They are probably about five times the size of a standard nodder and some of the toughest pieces of memorabilia you could ever find.

I believe there are less than ten of each team made and there are probably some teams that haven't been discovered.

In my day I have seen three others. One Packer doll, which was at a shop in Green Bay, a Giants example that was on eBay recently and I think Huggins and Scott auctions sold a Redskins promo last year.

It will be very interesting to see what this one sells for, as it is so rare. There really may not be another Rams version to compare it to, which adds to the question of value.
